End User Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred as “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Zevo360 Technologies Private Limited (“Zevo360”), governing your access to and use of the Zevo360 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you must not download, install, or use the platform, and you must delete the unused platform.
1. License Grant:
Subject to End-User compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Zevo360 grants End-User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install and right to use Platform and Services for for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this EULA, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Restrictions on Use:
End-User shall use the Platform and Services only for the designated purposes of End-User. End-User shall not including but not limited to:
- Sell, resell, distribute, host, lease, rent, license or sublicense, in whole or in part, the Platform;
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse assemble, modify, translate, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms, tags, specifications, architecture, structure or other elements of the Platform, in whole or in part, for competitive purposes or otherwise;
- Allow access to, provide, divulge or make available the Platform to any user other than the one who have a need to such access and who shall be bound by non-disclosure obligations that are at least as restrictive as the terms of this EULA;
- Systematically retrieving data or content from the Platform to create collections, compilations, databases, or directories without written permission from Zevo360;
- Unauthorized use of the Zevo360 Services, including collecting usernames, email addresses or mobile numbers for unsolicited communication or creating accounts through automated means or false pretenses;
- Modify, adapt, translate or otherwise make any changes to the Platform or any part thereof;
- Use the Platform and Services to provide processing services to third parties, or otherwise use the same on a service basis;
- Disclose or publish, without Zevo360 prior written consent, performance or capacity statistics or the results of any benchmark test performed on the Platform and Services;
- Otherwise use or copy the same except as expressly permitted herein.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property:
Zevo360 retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including intellectual property rights, trademarks, and proprietary materials. Any suggestions or feedback provided by you regarding the Platform or Services will become the sole property of Zevo360.
4. Privacy:
Your use of the Platform is subject to Zevo360 Privacy Policy https://zevo360.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. User Responsibilities:
As a user of the Zevo360 Platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Ensuring the Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the signup process and throughout your use of the Platform

Maintaining Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must ensure that no unauthorized person gains access to your account.

Backing Up Data: You are responsible for creating and maintaining backups of any data or content that you transfer, upload, or store on the Platform. While Zevo360 conducts routine data backups to support service continuity, these backups are not guaranteed to be comprehensive or accessible in every instance.
6. Subscription Fees and Refunds:
- By subscribing to paid services on the Zevo360 Platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified in the Subscription and Payment Terms. These fees are based on the selected plan and features and may vary depending on your chosen subscription options.
- All payments must be made through the authorized payment methods provided on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date to avoid interruptions in service.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined in the Terms of Services. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Term and Termination:
- This EULA will remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Zevo360 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, in the event of:
- A breach of this EULA or the Terms of Service, including any misuse of the Platform or violation of applicable laws.
- Non-payment of applicable subscription fees or other amounts due.
- Any actions that pose a risk to the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Platform.
- Any further terms mentioned in Terms of Service.
- Termination of this EULA does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations, including payment of fees or indemnification, as outlined in the Terms of Service and this EULA
8. Limitation of Liability:
Zevo360 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform or its services.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any other matter related to the use of the Platform, even if Zevo360 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zevo360, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform, including any content you post, share, or transmit.
- Your violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Any infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights, caused by your actions while using the Platform.
The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Updates and Modifications:
Zevo360 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, revise, update, suspend, remove, or otherwise change the terms of this EULA at any time, without prior notice. If any such changes constitute a material alteration (as determined by Zevo360 in its sole discretion), Zevo360 will notify you by posting an announcement on the Platform.
11. Supplementary Terms:
- Any clause, term, or definition not expressly specified in this EULA shall be governed by the provisions outlined in Zevo360 Terms of Service ( https://zevo360.com/terms-of-service) or Privacy Policy, as applicable.
- In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of those documents shall take precedence to the extent required to resolve the conflict.
- For further details, you are encouraged to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which collectively form the comprehensive framework governing your use of the Platform and Services.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
