Zevo360 values privacy and appreciates the trust in them.

This “Privacy Policy” describes how Zevo360 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” “our”) collect, use, treat information obtained via our Platform and other offline sources, that is pertaining to the Visitor, User or Partner (as the case may be) (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”).

By visiting and/or using our Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.

We firmly believe that you should always know what data we collect from you, what is the purpose for which such data is used, and how secure it is; so that you have the ability to make informed decisions about what you want to share with us.

To provide several features, the ZEVO360 collects different types of data in compliance with App Store and Play Store guidelines. Therefore, we want to be transparent about: (i) how and why we collect, store and use your data in the various capacities in which you interact with us; and (ii) the rights that you have to determine the contours of this interaction.

1. WHAT DATA WE MAY COLLECT

Based on whether you are a Visitor or User, the type of data we collect and the purpose for which we use it will differ as mentioned hereinafter-

A. Contact Information: We might collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) including but not limited to your name, email address, mobile number, whatsapp number, user id, device id, location, street, city, state, pincode, country, locations, IP address and other necessary details of you or your representative.

B. Payment, Subscription and Billing Information: We might collect your payment methods, purchase history for subscription and in-app purchases, billing name, billing address, accounts details, UPI Id, credit card or debit card details.

We only gather payment receipts or transaction details from the payment gateway Partner, we never collect your bank account number, credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our Platform as the debit and credit card information will be collected and processed securely by our payment gateway partner who is obligated to follow the laws of the land and RBI.

C. Information you post: We might collect any information that you post on our Platform.

D. Demographic information: We may collect demographic information about you, services you like, services you intend to buy, services you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our Platform. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

E. User-Generated Content: Information or content you provide through our Services, including your reviews, photographs, or Videos, Emails or Text Messages, comments, lists, followers, the users you follow, current and prior event details, ordering details and history, search history, product interaction, screen time, features engagement, favorite products, special requests, contact information of people you add to, or notify of names, and other information you provide on our Services, Search and Interaction Data and other information in your account profile.

F. Device information: What device you use to access the Platform/App and its details (device type, model, operating system, unique device identifiers, etc.)

G. Other information:

  1. How you behave in the relevant product environment and use the features.
  2. How you behave on the Platform, how you interact with Zevo360, what pages you land on, how much time you spend, including your browsing actions, preferences, and usage pattern etc.
  3. Cookies and Web Beacon data.
  4. If you submit an inquiry through the Platform, we will ask for your: Name, Phone number and e-mail.
  5. Customer Support and Diagnostic Data:Crash Data, Performance Data, Other Diagnostic Data, Collected for app improvement and bug fixes.
  6. Data from third parties who have your explicit consent to lawfully share that data.
  7. Sensitive or Child-Related Information e.g. parental and child profiling data, such as learning preferences or developmental milestones.
  8. Credit Card/Debit Card/Other Payment Mode information to check your financial qualifications, detect fraud and facilitate payments for our Services.
  9. If you use our Platform, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using.
  10. With your consent, we may collect information about your location when you use certain features of Zevo360.
  11. We might look at what Platform you came from, duration of time spent on our Platform, pages accessed or what Platform you visit when you leave us.
  12. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, location or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.
  13. We might do so to ensure network and information security, including preventing unauthorized access to our computer and electronic communications systems; to help us study and track the purpose and manner the users prefer to use our Products, Services and update our Products and Services and operate, evaluate and improve our business.

2. HOW AND WHY WE USE IT

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience.

A. Opt-In and Consent: To ensure transparency and uphold user privacy, explicit user consent is required before any data collection, particularly for sensitive information. Users must actively opt in, providing clear and informed permission for activities such as child profiling or memory uploads.

B. To contact you: We might use the information you provide to contact you for confirmation of a purchase on our Platform or for other promotional purposes or for better services.

C. To respond to your requests or questions: We might use your information to confirm your registration for a service. We collect user data in order to help you register for and facilitate provision of our Services.

D. To improve our products and services: We might use your information to personalize parenting plans based on children’s age and developmental needs and customize your experience with us. This could include displaying content based upon your preferences, To provide recommendations and reminders for milestones, habits, and progress, Store and allow access to photos, videos, and memories, Store and allow access to photos, videos, and memories. In the event you report an issue with a Service, we record app sessions only when you use the App for a limited time period to help us better understand how to address the issue. Also to perform research, business and/or operational analysis, to generate internal reports about our user base, Products and and service usage patterns, analyse the accuracy, effectiveness and popularity of the Products and Services, Internal purposes like auditing and data analysis for business development. To enable secure payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases. To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. To store and allow access to photos, videos, and memories. To offer customer support and enhance app performance with diagnostic feedback.

E. To look at Platform trends and user interests: We may use your information to make our Platform and products better. We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties. We use visitor information to analyse and identify your behaviour and enhance the interactions you have with the Platform. We may also conduct anonymized usage behaviour analysis at the aggregate level to determine how the features of a particular Service are being used.

F. We use information for security and legal purposes: We may use information to protect Zevo360 or our Platforms. Also to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security concerns. We use information to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

G. We use information for marketing purposes: We might send you information about special promotions or offers. We might also tell you about new features or products. These might be our own offers or products, or third-party offers or products we think you might find interesting. If you submit your details and give us your consent, we may use your data to send you emails/newsletters, re-target Zevo360 advertisements or re-market our Services/Products using services from third-parties like Facebook and Google. We will occasionally send you emails regarding changes or updates to the Service that you are using.

H. To send you transactional communications: We might send you Email, Whatsapp, SMS or RCS about your account as permitted by law.

3. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD-PARTIES

A. Who perform services on our behalf: We share information with vendors, service providers, contractors, and other third parties who help us manage our online registration process or payment processors or transactional message processors. Some vendors may be located outside of India.

B. Our business partners: This includes a third party who provides or operates or support or manage our service. Our partners use the information we give them as described in their privacy policies.

C. In order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves: We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud. Or, to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, property, or safety of Zevo360, our users, or others.

D. Other parties: Zevo360 may share information to such other parties in cases where it is imperative to share in order to protect our Services, when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical or other harm or financial loss.

E. Any successor to all or part of our business: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or other corporate transaction involving Zevo360. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our user list as part of that transaction. We may share your information for reasons not described in this policy. We will tell you before we do this.

4. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS

A. We collect information directly from you: We collect information directly from you when you register/subscribe for an account. We also collect information if you post a comment on our Platforms or ask us a question through phone or email.

B. We collect information from you passively: We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies, and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our Platform.

C. We get information about you from third parties: For example, if you use an integrated social media feature on our Platforms, the third-party social media Platform will give us certain information about you. This could include your name and email address.

D. Where We Store and Process Personal Data:

The Personal data collected by us is processed and stored according to this Privacy Policy and the legal requirements of data protection wherever the data is located.

For the purpose of providing you with our products and services, Zevo360 collaborates with third parties such as cloud hosting services, suppliers, and technology support located around the world. However, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal data is processed, secured, and transferred according to applicable laws.

When we transfer personal information to other countries in which applicable laws do not offer the same level of data privacy protection as in your home country, we take measures to provide an appropriate level of data privacy protection.

5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will store any personal data we collect from you as long as it is necessary in order to facilitate your use of the Products and Services and for ancillary legitimate and essential business purposes – these include, without limitation, for improving our Products, Services, attending to technical issues, advancement and dealing with disputes.

Data Storage and Encryption: All user data is encrypted in transit using industry- standard encryption protocols, ensuring its security during transmission. Zevo360 complies with applicable policies on encryption and tokenisation.

Data access is secured through authorization and authentication policies following industry standards.

We may need to retain your personal data even if you seek deletion thereof, if it is needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. TRACKING BY OUR ADVERTISEMENT PARTNERS

Upon receiving your specific consent, we may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Platform. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, telephone number, Cookies or Web Beacons) about your visits to this and other Platforms in order to provide you with targeted advertisements and requirements about our Products and services of interest to you.

7. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS

Zevo360 does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 years or knowingly allow such persons to register for Services. Parents are required to add Kid’s details including but not limited to name, age and gender (optional) to access the app which shall be considered as implied consent on behalf of the Kid. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 years without the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. In the event any individual utilizes the Platform and/or Services, it shall be deemed that such use is authorized by the individual, their legal guardian, or parent who has enrolled or provided access to the Platform/Services. By facilitating or permitting such use, they are deemed to have provided their consent to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. THIRD PARTY TOOLS

We may use third-party tools, applications, and services ("Third-Party Tools") to enhance and facilitate our Platform’s functionality, improve user experience, and gather analytical data. These Third-Party Tools may include, but are not limited to, analytics providers, marketing automation tools, advertising networks, and other external services.

ZEVO does not share personal or sensitive user data with third parties, except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of any third-party services. Your use of these Third-Party Tools is subject to each provider's individual terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read these policies to make informed decisions about your data privacy.

By using our services, you consent to the use of Third-Party Tools as outlined in this privacy policy.

9. OPT-OUT FROM COMMUNICATIONS

We offer all users the option to opt out of receiving non-essential communications, including but not limited to promotional or marketing communications, via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, RCS or any other channel. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, alerts, or marketing communications, kindly contact us for the same.

Kindly note, even if you choose to opt out of non-essential communications, we will continue to send you essential transactional communications regarding your purchases and account activities.

10. COOKIE POLICY

A. What Is A Cookie? A "cookie" is a small data file that a Platform stores on your device’s browser to recognize and remember your actions and preferences over time. Cookies enable the Platform to deliver a more personalized and efficient user experience by storing information about your browsing habits, site interactions, and settings.

11. BEACONS

Zevo360 may accompany third parties in the use of technologies known as beacons (or pixels) which enables Zevo360 to collect information from your device to a server. Beacons can be embedded in online content, videos, and emails, and can allow a server to read certain types of information from your device, know when you have viewed particular content or particular email, message, and also determine the time and date on which you viewed the beacon and the IP address of your device. This technology is used for various purposes along with analyzing the use of our Services and offering content and advertisements which are relevant to the user's lifestyle.

12. SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

Our Platform employs rigorous security measures to protect the information you provide us from loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration. We use a combination of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data. Your password is your first line of defense once you set up a Zevo 360 account, so we recommend that you set a strong password which you never share with anyone and ensure you sign out of your Zevo360 account.

Despite our best efforts to prevent unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, alteration or destruction in digital systems can sometimes occur. We are committed, however, to minimizing these risks by proactively monitoring and upgrading our systems, employing advanced encryption, and following best practices to keep your information as secure as possible. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities, and we continually strive to protect them at every level. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of our systems account once you have used that same.

13. Rights of User

If you wish to be informed about what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

  • Right to be Informed: You have the right to have information about who is collecting your data, the purpose for collecting such data, and its use.
  • The right to access, update, or delete or restore the information: Whenever possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us for assistance. Parents can manage or delete their profiles or their child’s profiles via the app settings. Data is retained in the database for up to 4 weeks after a user requests deletion, during which period the user can request restoring data.
  • The right of rectification: You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.
  • The right of restriction: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
  • The right to data portability: You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format.
  • The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten): Under certain circumstances, you may ask for your personal data to be deleted. By using the Platform and the Services provided therein, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy including but not limited to Your consent for sharing your information as per this Privacy Policy.

If you decide to decline cookies, please note that you may not be able to sign in, customize or use some interactive features on our Platform or panel.

We may occasionally make changes to the Policy. If we do any material changes, we shall notify either by sending you an email or sending you a notification through the Zevo360 App as required by Law. We will also post an updated copy on our Platform. Please check our Platform periodically for updates.
